HASH POSTPONED this saturday (Nov. 28) due to Thanksgiving festivities and the inaction of a few and of many near and far to actually get out some flour, beer and do a little diggy.
Amazingly next wednesday brings the fabled haring of the long lost, and now married, NFN Carlos. We'll see if the kid actually shows up....

Hash Trash Sat Nov 14
Just when you thought you could escape the hash trash for the last hash, NFN Scott pulled through and sent this:
I don't do well with names, but Tinkle Tinkle, NFN Pete I remember. There was a young couple on their second hash, and one other hashette that I can't remember the name of. No stuffed monkey. No Carlos (BIG F*ing surprise there!)
Wasn't expecting a turnout, and had been out of the country up until the night before, so there was no 'pre laid trail'. It got laid as the night went on, like college. Had to carry the first beer stop and ditch it somewhere to build in some time to avoid being caught (like in college...). More experienced hashers would have taken advantage of the humiliation potential. A lucky hare I was. Write like Yoda I do.
That seemingly picturesque beach near Old San Juan is slighly seedier up close. In fact, it's sketchy as hell. Makes the shadiest hasher look like a choir lead. Perfect. Beer check, some scary false trails, then run across the capitol building.
The first bar was closed, so the trail become convoluted and shittier. Amazinly, the pack found the bar, and a angry pack of hashers it was. Beer cooled 'em down. Sang a few songs. There was a vetoed attempt to name Pete. Something to do with his age, or lack thereof. Youngun's overdue.

November 06 was great cummin time for all those who came. Those Hashers who were no shows, always have another Hash to cum for!
The Meeting place was on Calle Laurel, in Punta Las Marias, PR. Some Hashers walked from nearby, some drove from nearby. Needless to say Hashers were in for a treat with Hares NFN Desire and Midnight Masterbater, creating a trail that Hasher may burn as many calories as they took in from their choice of beverage (beer)! The theme of the night...Dirrrty. Longtime member RKelly showed up for this Hash. He brought ancient Hare traditions and helped pass them on to three new Virgins, NFN Mike, NFN Lindsey and NFN Beatriz. Also, NFN Pete has 5 or 6 Hashes under his belt and fittingly made him self unnoticeable.
As the Hares made their trail, the sun was making its set. Once their was no more light, Hashers had to rely on their keen smell of flour and beer. The Hashers made their way from Punta Las Marias toward Ocean Park. From there the Virgins ran into a false trail. NFN Mike (also PHD) notice a flour blop in front of an iron gate, to the Ocean Park Neighborhood which boarders la playa. NFN Mike decides to jump over the iron gate, thinking the false trail was made while the gate was open. Needless to say, NFN Mike thought outside the box with his Virgin ways and had to make a long detour to catch up with the group. As the Hashers hashed on, they found themselves in an intriguing bar (Bolero Night Club) on Calle Loiza, which had one blackened window and "dirty" written all over it.
Once inside, Hashers were just as surprised by what they saw, as the people inside thought of them. NFN Mike claims the bar was really nice and seemed like a legitimate establishment, but yet there may have been some dirty sex going on somewhere inside. Oh yes, there was definitely SEX taking place inside. So, the Hashers bought their beverage of choice, beer, and got back on trail. Only to have another beer check the next block over. A friendly restaurant this was with locals galore. They ordered beer and tequila shots and wait there's more... They hopped back on trail, Calle Loiza it was. An interesting place, dirty, yet refined with barber shops, clothing stores, Venezuelan Food, Greek Food, and Sex on a plate if you choose. "Dirty Trail" The Hashers then made their way off Calle Loiza and found themselves crossing a familiar Express Way 26, on Calle Del Parque. They went by Private Schools and a nice Architecture, but then had to get dirty again on a one way calle sucio, Calle Antonsanti. Once on Calle Antonsanti, Hashers were a little spooked, yet secure in the comfort of staying in a group.
With few lights on the street and more shadows than most, they notice a beer check and searched far and between. They then found the treasure, yet it was not yellow gold, it was Milwaukee's Beast! "On on"... the Hashers said, and continued there way to Avenida Ponce de Leon. As they were on Ponce de Leon, they could smell the finish was near, or was it just more beer. NFN Desire and M & M had been waiting for them for almost a year! The Hashers then came dashing toward La Mercado in La Placita and ran right past each Hare. They had made it, but needed to be taken on a circle tour of the place, being it's rich in food and culture. They leaped and bound and made it to the finish. There were no first or last place, but everyone succeeded and asked "where is the bathroom"?
The circle was made, the beverage of choice (beer) was poured, songs commenced, violations were observed and a Hasher was named. NFN Desire, is to always to be known as "Tinkle Tinkle Little Star".
